Who we are

What we collect and why

When you send the demo request form. We receive your name, email address, company name, number of vessels and, if you add one, your message. We use this only to reply to you, arrange a demo and continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

When you visit the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not track you across other sites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell your data and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Who processes the data for us

• Formspree delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Bluehost hosts the site.
• Cloudflare provides the visit statistics.
• [EMAIL PROVIDER] hosts our mailbox, info [at] sea360.tech.

These providers act on our instructions. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and the related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the customer agreement applies. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form only.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or object to its use. You can also ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to info [at] sea360.tech and we will answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
